You will be working for a well-known Public Sector organisation based in London.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Generalist will be as follows:
- Review and make recommendations for policies and toolkits where possible looking to harmonise and reduce the number of people policies.
- Ensure a clear set of policies that meet compliance and legislative requirements.
- Make recommendations to streamline toolkits and guidance documents to make them easier to access and use.
- Review all people documents on the intranet, providing clear recommendations of how to automate.
- Create a strategy that moves policies and guidance onto a chatbot to drive ease for managers and employees.
- Manage the project including interfacing with relevant stakeholders such as IT, Risk, Internal Communications, People team and directorates to inform them of changes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Generalist will have excellent knowledge of reviewing people policies and toolkits to make them more user friendly. Experience of working with people technology and AI tools such as chatbots within an HR setting is advantageous.
- Degree calibre or demonstrate equivalent experience across policy and employee relationships.
- Understanding of UK employment law and incoming legislative requirements.
- Proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI) and automation tools, and experience in implementing changes in an HR environment.
- Able to present, communicate and disseminate data analysis appropriately and with high impact
- Knowledge of working with HR systems for example employee engagement, Learning Management and Recruitment systems.

This is an ongoing interim role based in London:
