Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Programmes Specialist within the Talent Acquisition Team to manage complex programmes of work, critical programmatic hiring initiatives and lead on our global contingent workforce strategy through oversight of our Managed Service Provider (MSP).
This role will drive key talent acquisition initiatives across the business, creating scalable solutions to support both programmatic and contingent talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: In conjunction with the Head of Talent Acquisition, establish and ramp-up the Programmes capability, bringing impactful and innovative solutions that translate vision into delivery
- Programme Delivery and Management: Lead on high-impact projects within Talent Acquisition and more broadly across Organisational Effectiveness and People & Sustainability , focusing on the delivery of complex talent related work.
- Create and implement technology-driven improvements to enhance candidate, colleague and hiring manager experiences.
- Drive process improvements through data analysis and innovative strategies
- Work collaboratively to identify organisational talent challenges and implementing change through smart, efficient solutions
- Programmatic Hiring Initiatives: Beginning with Early Careers, design and scale innovative, technology enabled hiring programmes to enhance our hiring processes. Consider other programmes of work for broader diverse candidate segments such as career returners, veterans, and other specialised talent pools.
- Work with business leaders to align programmatic hiring initiatives with evolving organisational needs and create sustainable career progression paths within these groups.
- Actively manage the end-to-end hiring process through impactful candidate management
- Through data, measure the impact of programmatic hiring efforts to improve effectiveness and support diversity and inclusion goals.
- Contingent Workforce Strategy: Serve as the primary contact for our MSP, overseeing the contingent workforce strategy to ensure access to top talent that aligns with business needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast, budget, and refine contingent staffing solutions.
- Manage compliance, performance, and reporting metrics, ensuring adherence to regulatory policies and contractual terms.
- Relationship Management: Own relationships of varying seniority, both internal and external, influencing appropriately to implement impactful change management
Skills & Experience:
- Innovative Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead strategic projects and introduce technology enabled improvements within Talent Acquisition (and more broadly), with an emphasis on enhancing candidate, colleague and hiring manager experience.
- Programmatic Hiring: Experience with end-to-end management of internal and external programmatic hiring solutions for diverse talent segments, ideally, including Early Careers. Familiarity with both US and UK hiring practices.
- Contingent Workforce Management: Expertise in managing contingent workforce solutions, including oversight of MSPs, compliance, and service delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a record of building productive, high-trust relationships across business functions and with third party suppliers.
- Data Fluency: Experience in analysing and using data to measure impact and ROI with the ability to translate complex datasets into simple, impactful narrative.
- Technology: Experience with Talent Acquisition tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with the ability to maximise their efficiency and effectiveness
- Adaptability and Initiative: Demonstrated agility in adapting to shifting priorities and an entrepreneurial approach to identifying and implementing talent solutions.
