Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner is accountable for delivering hires and proactively identifying, developing and delivering recruitment strategies into defined business unit/s via collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Delivering a number of vacancies end to end, working to key KPI’s
  • Developing and managing key relationships across the business including hiring managers and HR – partnering with them to meet their recruitment needs
  • Being visible on sites, gaining insights and developing and delivering recruitment strategies to meet both Business Unit and local site recruitment needs
  • Proactively collaborating with hiring managers and HR, conducting role briefing meetings with hiring managers and HR, to understand exactly the requirements for each vacancy
  • Providing guidance on the most appropriate candidate attraction and sourcing methods
  • Writing job advertisements
  • Determining qualifying criteria for each position
  • Advertising job vacancies on careers pages, job boards and professional/social networks
  • Directly sourcing candidates through online channels e.g. professional networks, CV search databases, social media
  • Screening CV’s and applications according to pre-agreed criteria
  • Arranging interviews
  • Interviewing candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
  • Evaluating candidates based on their interview/ assessment performance
  • Answering candidates’ queries regarding the application process – providing a brilliant candidate experience
  • Reporting to hiring managers and HR on the status of open vacancies
  • Providing interview feedback to candidates, when necessary and appropriate
  • Carry out market mapping
  • Building a resourcing pipeline for agreed key/ regularly recruited for roles
  • Benchmarking of salaries and benefits
  • Super user for our applicant tracking system, providing the appropriate training to colleagues and hiring managers
  • Delivering volume campaigns e.g. mobilisation, apprentice
  • Hosting/ participating in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person
  • Delivering training to hiring managers on all areas of recruitment
