We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Admin Assistant at Grade 2 to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring that our administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our organization.As a Business Support Admin Assistant, you will work within a fast-paced environment, assisting various departments by performing a wide range of administrative tasks. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and facilitating communication across different levels.
Your organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings, ensuring that all aspects of our business operations are supported. ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to various departments as required
Manage incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for important documents and records
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
Handle office supplies inventory, placing orders and managing distribution
Support the onboarding of new team members by preparing materials and assisting with orientation activities
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 08:45End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £25.77
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
