Personal Assistant, 12-month FTC

I am recruiting for an experienced PA to join a well-established business, on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis (full-time, hybrid) to start in April. Previous experience supporting multiple board-level stakeholders is essential. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Managing diaries, prioritising appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Managing client communications and meeting set-up
  • Managing expenses
  • Managing sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Arranging travel, accommodation, and meetings
  • Liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication
  • Organising internal and external events, including off-site meetings and company events
  • New starter support
  • Coordinating logistics for Board meetings, committees, and senior management meetings
  • Preparing documentation for meetings, set agendas, and track actions
  • Taking minutes during Board meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant supporting multiple Board-level individuals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable, understanding the demands of supporting a busy Board of Directors.
