Job Description
Immediate Start Accounts Payable Assistant:
- Manage the processing of invoices and expense reports
- Maintain accurate records and perform account reconciliations
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Assist with financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
Immediate Start Accounts Payable Assistant:
- An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial software systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- A thorough understanding of accounts payable procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
