based in Bolton, our business is growing and we are now seeking a competent Inbound Sales / Customer Service Advisor to join our
busy team.
Our team of Inbound Sales / Customer Service Advisors play a vital part of our sales process and the work you will carry out inthis role is pivotal to our success. Whilst we aren't looking for someone who has done this before, what we do seek are people
with energy, who can work at pace, with the highest levels of professionalism and customer service (to both our Client's and our
internal partners).
Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound sales enquiries from potential Clients (small business owners)
- Giving advice, guidance and explanation of the business sale process, whilst continually reassuring Clients of discretion and
- Appointment setting for our experienced Commercial Directors, who are located across the UK
What you can bring:
- Brilliant communication & relationship building skills
- Prior sales (ideally B2B, but B2C is also of interest)
- A proven track record of exceeding targets and working to KPI's
- The ability to manage your own time and diary, often in a highly demanding, fast paced environment
- Strong literacy/numerical skills
- Bags of energy, drive, determination, commitment and ambition
Benefits:
- We will reward you with a fantastic basic salary, and uncapped commission structure. Basic salary is determined by your level
uncapped (Top earner £45k+)

- You’ll be working 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and we finish at 3pm on Fridays, no weekends or evenings!
