Receptionist

Mexborough – £12.80p/hr Monday to Thursday – Temp to cover sickness

The Receptionist is not only the first impression of a company, but they are the coordinator of a range of communications between customers, visitors, suppliers, colleagues, directors and CEOs and when this person goes off sick, a temporary, but equally important person is needed

As well as greeting visitors and colleagues, the role includes answering and directing all incoming calls, handling all post and completing basic admin as required. You will work closely with the Directors arranging travel, flights, accommodation and meeting rooms as well as arranging meeting rooms with refreshments within the company for colleagues and visitors

The Receptionist position is temporary to cover an unknown number of weeks and months whilst supporting the permanent receptionist through a period of sickness
