School Receptionist
This Receptionist job has been made available by a Secondary School in Doncaster. The school has a very dedicated workforce that focuses on the educational outcomes of all students and aims to create a learning community that is both supportive and safe in an environment of mutual respect.
Your new role
This school is currently looking for a full-time Receptionist to start as soon as possible. Your time in this role will include:* Meeting and greeting visitors- Management of the school phone line
- Responding to emails
- Checking in/out visitors and other stakeholders
- General Admin duties
- Taking in deliveries
The ideal candidate would have:* Strong IT skills, * Respect for safeguarding and confidentiality, * A strong ability to communicate well
- Work as part of a team and as an individual
- Use your own initiative
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Maintain attention to detail and be organised, motivated and punctual.
We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum and you will need to be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.
