The Role:As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring our projects to life, from initial concept to completion. You will coordinate all marketing and sales support materials, ensuring that each development is launched with maximum impact and continues to attract attention throughout its life cycle.
- Project Coordination: Set up and coordinate new developments in line with marketing strategies and budgets, including the design and installation of sales offices, show homes, and signage.
- Marketing Material Management: Oversee the production and distribution of marketing collateral such as websites, brochures, adverts, hoardings, and social media campaigns for both UK and international sales.
- Sales Office and Show Home Setup: Coordinate the design, installation, and presentation of sales offices and show homes to create an inviting customer experience.
- Social Media & Digital Coordination: Collaborate with digital teams to maintain an active online presence, including scheduling social media activity and updating property portals.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis to keep marketing strategies sharp and effective.
- Financial Administration: Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and negotiate preferential rates with providers to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- A proactive, organised individual with strong project management skills.
- Experience in marketing coordination, ideally within New Homes
- A keen eye for detail and design to create compelling, effective marketing materials.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external agencies.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
