Contract Duration:

3 months

Location: Hybrid - Home & London Office (NW1)- only 1 day a week in the office

Please note that this role is not fully remote as you will be required to go to the office in NW1 for 1 day a week.

About the Role

Join our dynamic Retail Marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our 700+ shops and stores. This exciting position involves managing local marketing campaigns, driving new store marketing initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of in-store promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Coordination: Manage relationships with partner agencies and digital teams to execute marketing campaigns, including press ads, inserts, door drops, and digital paid media.
  • New Store Marketing: Lead and coordinate marketing efforts for new store openings, working closely with agencies and field teams.
  • Performance Reporting: Oversee new store opening reports and provide monthly ROI reports for existing stores.
  • In-Store Media Management: Coordinate content schedules for in-store radio and screens.
  • Financial Administration: Support financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting and budget management.
What We’re Looking ForEssential Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation)
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
  • Strong team player with a professional and confident approach
Desirable Knowledge & Experience
  • Experience in marketing coordination across multiple projects or campaigns
  • Understanding of retail marketing principles
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Reader)
Experience Required
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team
  • Experience managing data and using it for reporting
  • Experience in financial administration and reporting
