Permanent Part-Time Site Manager

Grade K7 £25,603 Pro Rata salary of £9116.96

King William Street CE Primary School are looking to recruit a hardworking, enthusiastic, flexible and reliable Site Manager to join our school. The Site Manager will be proactive and responsible for the maintenance and good working order of the school and to provide an appropriately safe, clean, attractive and secure environment for all.

Experience in repairs and maintenance is essential.

Duties will include:
  • Site security, opening and locking the site.
  • Primary key holder for the site.
  • Alarm call outs.
  • Ensure the school and its grounds are kept clean and litter free.
  • Ensure the school maintains health and safety requirements.
  • Routine repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Gritting and snow clearing when needed.

The post is for 15 hours per week Monday to Friday, term time only, 6 – 7am (flexible) and then 4 – 6pm, plus Teacher Training days and one week in the summer holidays.
