Primary Customer Sales Executive

Overview:

Although prior experience is not required, a proven record of success and high achievements is essential. Comprehensive training and development will be provided, along with opportunities to engage and collaborate with our current customers. The role entails providing effective support to the Commercial Manager, offering innovative ideas and suggestions to assist in the expansion of our overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

• UK and European sales of beef and lamb.
• Responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring that all customer’s needs are fully met, managing stock, planning orders, credit control.
• Liaise with Production and Technical Managers to ensure that all aspects of the account are fully serviced.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Identify new business leads through structured business development.
• Gain and grow new profitable business in line with the company strategy.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Accompany customers on site visits as required

Qualifications:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in Sales and Marketing or Business-related discipline.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience of developing customer relations
• Excellent Presentation Skills – Verbal and Written
• Strong IT skills in particular with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Flexibility - You will be required to travel to other UK sites
• A full and valid UK driving licence is required
