Hays are representing a leading manufacturing company to recruit a Marketing & Internal Sales Executive in County Armagh.
Your new role
As Marketing & Sales Executive, you will support our client's sales and marketing efforts and will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create the company's marketing plans, execution and delivery of marketing activity, lead generation, nurture prospects, and driving customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the company's products.
- Planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Tracking and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Preparing reports on sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, campaign performance, and customer feedback.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business development.
- Assisting in creating content such as product videos/demos, brochures, flyers, and online content
- Collaborating with external agencies and designers to augment and improve the company's reach and capabilities.
- Identify and qualify potential new sales partners, end-user leads through various channels, including email, social media, and phone calls.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and prospect information.
- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Coordinate follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal & external sales team to identify new opportunities and assist in developing strategies to achieve sales targets
- 3rd level qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
What you'll get in return
Salary of £35,000-£40,000, 25 days annual leave + stats, flexible working options, free parking, on-site canteen and pension.
