The post is to begin in January 2025. Applicants for the post should have up-to-date knowledge and experience of school finance and HR and should have worked in a school office setting.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is knowledgeable about school finance and systems
- Has an understanding of HR processes
- Has experience of working in a school office
- Has experience of working and liaising with external partners
- Is able to build positive relationships with staff, children and families
- Can work as part of a team
- Is able to lead and manage a team
- Is willing to go the extra mile
