As Contracts Manager/Officer, you will provide support and guidance to a range of internal and external stakeholders. Key areas of focus pertain to - manage and monitor the contract finance; make recommendations on project work for expenditure; to measure the performance of and outcomes of this work; communicate and discuss key terms and risks with stakeholders; and drive improvements and innovation to add value.
To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrable experience in managing high-value contracts with experience of working in an HR function or with HR stakeholders beneficial. A qualification in procurement, contract management or legal would be advantageous but not essential.
You will be highly organised with high attention to detail and have a customer-focused and positive approach to your work.
