Contracts Manager

• Manage and oversee all contractual aspects of social housing new build projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular reports on project status to senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on social housing.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and construction regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, contract law, or a related field.
