• Leading and managing the Property Department team.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality housing services to tenants.
• Overseeing property maintenance and repairs to ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with housing legislation and regulations.
• Developing and implementing housing strategies and policies.
• Managing tenant complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinating with other departments to improve overall service delivery.
• Participating in key decision making with the senior management team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Housing Manager should have:

• Experience in a team leader role within the Housing or Property sector.
• Proven track record of managing housing services and property teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of housing legislation and regulations.
• Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills.

• A competitive salary range of £180 to £220 per day.
