• Manage the property team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement robust housing management policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Housing Manager should have:

• A degree in a related field such as property management or public administration.
• Experience in a leadership role within a housing department.
• Demonstrated knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.

• An attractive daily rate of £180 - £220 (GBP).
