We Are With You in Redcar and Cleveland is a free and confidential service for people affected by drugs and alcohol. With You in Redcar & Cleveland is part of the THRIVE partnership, an integrated substance use, domestic abuse and education/recovery support service.
You will have your own caseload, working as part of our team and alongside other social care services to identify how we can help. You will develop plans with your clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be. If you have experience in supporting people with a drug and/or alcohol problem, have a compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others, you could be just what we're looking for.
We are looking for a dedicated and understanding individual who is eager to help develop the service in supporting our female client group, whilst working collaboratively with the social care and domestic abuse teams.
