Job Title: Teaching Assistant SEN

Salary: £83 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in their learning and development
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering individualised education programmes
- Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help
- Implementing behaviour management strategies to support students' engagement and progress
- Collaborating with other professionals, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant
- Prior experience in a special educational needs setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of special educational needs and strategies to support students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
