A leading specialist lender renowned for their expertise in bridging finance currently requires an Internal Business Development Executive to join its highly successful and vibrant team.

This position is hybrid, 3-days per week at home.

As a Telephone Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and developing relationships through proactive telephone contact with several intermediaries

The role involves working collaboratively with a field-based BDM to hit Buy to Let and Bridging regional targets and is focused on promoting to new and lapsed businesses as well as handling key account management.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
