Job Type: Permanent, Full -Time
Contracted: 40 hours, Monday - Friday (weekends if operation requires support)
Salary: £12.30 -13.00 per hour

are currently recruiting for a full-time for a Technical Cleaning Operative, and we are looking to hear from candidates who are
positive, have a can-do attitude and have ambition to grow.
The Role
As a Technical Cleaning Operative, you will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across various locations
by performing specialist and cleaning tasks. This includes deep cleaning, biohazard and crime scene cleaning, window and
high-level cleaning, and floor maintenance to meet company and client requirements. The role contributes to maintaining a safe andhygienic environment for clients and the public while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining hard surface floors, carpets, and upholstery.
- Operating floor care machinery (buffers, scrubbers, etc.).
- Deep cleaning washrooms, windows, and high surfaces.
- Graffiti and exterior cladding cleaning.
- Emergency response cleaning (trauma, crime scenes, hazardous materials).
- Adhering to Health & Safety protocols and proper equipment use.
- Professional interaction with clients and site staff.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Must be willing to have the Level 2 Police Clearance, which will be paid for by the company.
- Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel is essential to this role.
