Cleaning Operator

We are looking for a Cleaning Engineer to work 45 hours per week at a rate of £13 per hour. The role involves traveling to various locations, so a valid driving license is required. The position starts with a mandatory training day on Friday, January 3rd, in Birmingham.

Hours: Sunday to Thursday Nights approximately 21:00 Start

• Driving to multiple commercial and industrial sites to clean and maintain various equipment, such as refrigerators, freezers, and other specialised appliances.
• Performing technical assessments of equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure functionality.
• Cleaning and servicing mechanical components to prevent breakdowns and improve efficiency.
• Working in diverse environments, including cold outdoor conditions and indoor spaces, to deliver high-quality service.
• Handling residues, spills, and other debris while ensuring equipment is sanitized and operational.

Maintaining proper use and care of cleaning and maintenance tools, adhering to safety and operational standards.

• Valid Driving License: A full driving license is essential as travel between sites is required.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical systems or a willingness to learn about the technical aspects of cleaning and maintaining commercial equipment.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in varying conditions, including cold outdoor environments and indoor spaces.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high cleanliness, operational, and safety standards in all tasks.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of handling the physical demands of the role, including working in cold environments and on-site troubleshooting.
• Availability: Willing to attend the mandatory training day and commit to scheduled work hours.
