Position: Residential Support Worker
- Location: Cannock
- Salary: £27,095 per annum,
- including £12.25 per hour and a sleep-in rate of £50 per night. The annual salary based on full-time work is £22,295, with up to an additional £4,800 based on 8 sleeps per month.
- This role includes 8 sleep-in shifts per month and 2 sleep-in shifts per week in a care home.
Tasks
You will be part of a team providing comprehensive residential care to Looked After Children. The role focuses on meeting their physical, social, and emotional needs, while promoting their development and positive outcomes in all areas of their lives.
Requirements- Level 3/4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce or willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Full Driving Licence preferred.
- DBS checked (preferably on the update system, though a new application can be made on your behalf).
