Position Overview:
As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals in their homes. You will work closely with clients to assist them with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare and assist with meals
- Provide companionship and support to clients
- Assist with household chores, such as cleaning and laundry
- Transport clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Observe and report any changes in clients' condition to the care coordinator
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
