Production Technician

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate large-scale production equipment to support the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure production standards are met.
• Carry out cleaning and sanitisation of production equipment and work areas.
• Handle materials and equipment, including some manual lifting where required.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and work flow.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or beverage manufacturing environment is preferred for some departments.
• For other departments, no prior experience in manufacturing is required - transferable skills and a strong work ethic are key. We welcome applicants from backgrounds such as military, chemical, and logistics sectors.

Shift Pattern:

• 24/7 rotating shift pattern: 12-hour shifts (days/nights) - 4 days on, 4 rest days, 4 nights on, 4 rest days.

• Due to the site's location, a valid driver's license and reliable transport are essential.
