You'll play a key role in supporting the Production Team Leader on a shift basis, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) plant and contributing to energy management excellence.

Your Role:
As a Production Technician, you'll:
- Safely operate and monitor the CCGT plant, ensuring top-tier performance.
- Support production-related activities and respond to plant issues with precision.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including the Health & Safety at Work Act and Environmental Protection Act.
- Coordinate with National Grid to meet load profiles and energy management targets.
- Perform audits, promote continuous improvement, and drive operational excellence.
- Manage contractors and undertake maintenance activities within your expertise.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Minimum Apprenticeship/ONC or equivalent in engineering.
- Experience: At least 2 years in CCGT plant operations or maintenance.
- Skills: Teamwork, problem-solving, and computer literacy.
- Knowledge: Health, safety, and environmental legislation principles.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.
