Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN on a day-to-day basis.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
• Help manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Adapt to different school settings in west bromwich and surrounding areas, and work with a variety of SEN needs.

About You:

• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant within UK schools (3+ months preferred).
• Passionate about supporting students with additional needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments.
• Based in or able to commute to West Bromwich.
