Remediation Case Handler
Huntswood is looking for Remediation Case Handler with a wealth of complaint handling experience to join an exciting project for a wealth management company. If you have a financial services complaint handling experience, an understanding of wealth management advice then we have a great role for you.
Start Date: End of October and November 2024Day Rate: £165 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Working From Home
What Huntswood is looking for:
- Experience working in a financial services complaint handling role
- Remediation experience would be an advantage
- Wealth Management experience would be beneficial
- Suitable work space at home with strong broadband connection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
