My client is a highly regarded and ranked law firm, recognized by legal directories such as The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, and theyre...My client is a highly regarded and ranked law firm, recognized by legal directories such as The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, and theyre seeking a 3-4 Year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its Personal Injury Team.

My client has a national reputation and provide their solicitors with varied, challenging caseloads which frequently include high profile cases. There is also flexibility for hybrid working, once fully trained.

Requirements:

• An experienced Personal Injury Litigator with the ability to handle a mixed caseload of personal injury matters.
• An excellent litigator with good communication skills and be able to work in a team and as an individual.
• An excellent track record in the field of personal injury litigation is essential along with experience of using all MOJ portals.
• The ability to run a mixture of EL, PL cases, some RTA cases, with an emphasis on Fast Track work with the opportunity to undertake intermediate track work and some Multi Track work for the right candidate
• The ability to use a case management system to manage and prioritize a high caseload.
