Job Description
The Corporate Principal Associate will deal with a range of work including;- Taking the lead on deals including M & A, PE, venture capital and reoganisation work.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to a variety of corporate clients.
- Supporting the Partners in Leeds with leading on deals
- Mentoring junior lawyers in the team.
- Taking an active approach to marketing
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Corporate Principal Associate should have:
- A track record working as a Corporate Solicitor for a known law firm
- Likely to be 8 years PQE or above
- The ability to provide outstanding client service.
- A competitive salary ranging from £85000 to £100,000 per year.
