Customer Access Officer
As a Customer Access Officer, you will deal with all incoming enquiries into the organisation via multiple channels (telephone, face to face, email, live chat and Whatsapp).
You’ll be joining a vibrant, dynamic contact centre team that are based across two sites. To succeed as a Customer Access Officer, you will need to be hardworking, resilient and dedicated. We are the first point of contact for the business and require knowledge of a wide range of services.
What we’re looking for from you to join our team
You are expected to work from either our Congleton or Liverpool office, depending on your location, for part of your working week to meet business needs.You will have strong IT skills and knowledge of systems, including Microsoft Office programmes.
You’ll be a people person, have great empathy and can supply fantastic customer service.
You will also be proactive, flexible and able to use initiative to problem solve.
Ability to multitask across a number of different systems.
You will need strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will commit to a training and induction programme.
