Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
  • Preparing legal documents, contracts, and forms
  • Managing incoming calls, client queries, and diary management
  • Handling file opening, closing, and post-completion work
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
  • Ensuring all work is completed to high standards and within tight deadlines

The Successful Applicant

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Conveyancing Secretary or Legal Secretary role
  • Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Confident using case management systems and MS Office
  • A proactive and reliable team player
