Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
- Preparing legal documents, contracts, and forms
- Managing incoming calls, client queries, and diary management
- Handling file opening, closing, and post-completion work
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
- Ensuring all work is completed to high standards and within tight deadlines
The Successful Applicant
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a Conveyancing Secretary or Legal Secretary role
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Confident using case management systems and MS Office
- A proactive and reliable team player
