Castlecroft is a large independent and traditional GP surgery in South West Wolverhampton serving around 12,800 patients. The practice is based in a purpose built medical centre with a large supportive team.
The workload in general practice is continuously increasing and we are in the process of re
-structuring to strengthen our non-clinical team to help cope with this extra work and to continue providing a great service to our patients.We are looking for applicants with common sense, initiative and a pleasant personality who are able to manage many different tasks at once to fill this key position within our practice.
Experience would be preferred; however full training and support will always be given and all applications are welcome.
Main Duties include:- answering telephone and dealing with call accordingly
- front of house reception duties
- various back office administrative duties
- ability to work in a team with flexibility to cover a range of shifts Hours will be 27.5 per week Monday to Friday on a rota and will be between 8.00am and 6-45pm plus ability to cover for sickness and annual leave.
