Medical Receptionist / Medical Admin Brand new Oppotunity for a Medical Receptionist / Admin to work within a GP Practice, Based in Hereford The team sits within the GP Practice with the role predominately signposting patients to the correct service to deliver their care, greeting patients at the reception desk, handling telephone calls in the call centre, receiving calls on the desk, making appointments, and answering general enquiries in a courteous,Medical Receptionist / Medical Admin Brand new Oppotunity for a Medical Receptionist / Admin to work within a GP Practice, Based in Hereford The team sits within the GP Practice with the role predominately signposting patients to the correct service to deliver their care, greeting patients at the reception desk, handling telephone calls in the call centre, receiving calls on the desk, making appointments, and answering general enquiries in a courteous, efficient and effective way within key performance indicators.
You will care navigate to the appropriate service, and contact patients using text, telephone and letter and you will also provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, via the telephone, text and letter.The hours for this role are full time - 8am to 6.30pm - Monday to Friday The Hourly rate for this role is: £11.44 PAYE The Benefits of working with Service Care Solutions:We offer a £150 sign up bonus for any new registrant with our agency.Please also bear in mind our Referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
