Experienced in preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and cosmetic improvements, with strong troubleshooting abilities.Confident in using power tools and maintenance equipment, including performing installations.Meticulous and focused on delivering high-quality finishes.Physically fit and capable of handling physically demanding tasks.

Complete regular maintenance and preventative care to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.Repair studio equipment and decorative elements as needed.Address urgent maintenance issues quickly and effectively.Assist with inventory checks, daily cleaning inspections, and coordinating external contractors for major repairs.
