Salary: £14.30 per hour
Hours: 1x Full Time - Waking Nights
Requirements: Full UK Driving License and NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards), experience in a senior position and understanding of the challenges of taking over a new service is essential to be considered for this role.

What will the job involve?- Being a positive and motivational role model for our Support Workers
- Interviewing and training new employees to a high standard
- Identifying opportunities for further staff training and development through the use of observation and supervisions
- Producing and implementing quality staff rotas
- Communicating company information and updates to the relevant parties
- Ensuring all reports are completed for regulatory bodies, including CQC/HSE
- Reporting all safeguarding concerns to the local authorities safeguarding board and CQC if relevant
- Maintaining and quality checking records to ensure care plans and risk assessments are kept up to date
- Ensuring the dignity, respect, safety and well-being of all people we support is maintained to protect them from all forms of abuse in conjunction with the Company’s Policy and Procedures/ Care Standards guidelines
