• Provide strategic advice on property disposals
• Manage and motivate a team towards achieving objectives
• Conduct valuation and negotiation of property sales
• Monitor and manage property transaction processes
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal procedures
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and committees
• Contribute to the wider property strategy and objectives of the organisation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Principal Disposals Surveyor should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in property or a related field
• Experience in property valuation and negotiation
• Knowledge of property transactions and statutory compliance
• Skills in managing and motivating a team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
