In this role, you’ll develop the skills and experience needed to achieve Engineering Technician status and become a qualified pipefitter.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Shape and profile pipes and components using power tools, mechanical cutting machines, and other equipment.
• Learn how to work with various materials, such as carbon, stainless, and duplex steels
• Prepare and fit piping systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with pipe welders and across the wider business on various projects.
• Receive specific training tailored to nuclear industry requirements.

• A genuine interest in engineering and pipefitting.
• At least five GCESs with grades 4 (C) and above including Maths and English, or equivalent Level 2 English and Maths.
• Many of our early careers roles are subject to Security Clearance and Trade Control restrictions which mean that your place of birth, nationality, citizenship, or residency you hold or have held may impact which roles you are eligible for.
