What You'll Do:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to the Year 4 curriculum
- Guide students through key subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and Humanities
- Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and independence
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and staff
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs
- Lead extracurricular activities and support school events as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Year 4 (or similar age group) with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students
- A creative, flexible approach to teaching that puts students' well-being first
- Passion for fostering a love of learning and supporting student growth, both academically and personally
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to working as part of a team
