Y'S COLOR LTD specializes in handmade crocheted flowers and crafts, with an established presence both online and at various markets and pop-up shops. As part of our business expansion, we are seeking to hire an Online Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

 The duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage business accounts to increase online sales through various channels, including website, apps, WeChat, and other social media or business partner platforms.
• Collaborate with senior staff to determine the range of goods or services to be sold, contributing to the development of sales strategies and setting sales targets.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and analyse their responses to products, packaging, pricing, and other factors.
• Compile and analyse sales data, prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotions, and conduct market research.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, products, and any regulatory changes affecting the business.

• Have good communication skills in both English and Chinese
