We are looking for an enthusiastic Key Stage 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Ealing on a full-time basis from April 2025. This role provides invaluable classroom experience and could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential by:

  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across multiple subjects.
  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who need extra help.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with Key Stage 3 students.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting teaching and learning.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for student development.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be available for full-time work, five days a week.
  • Hold a degree-level qualification.
  • Commit to the role for at least two terms.
  • Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure (Overseas Police Clearance if applicable).
  • Provide professional references and a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history (where possible).
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK.
