Are you BSL trained (Level 1, 2 or 3)? Do you understand autism and want to support someone in living their best life?
Weβre looking for a Bank Support Worker to join our team in Margate, supporting a male with autism in his own home. This is a rewarding role with flexible hours, including long day shifts and sleep-ins, and potential to move into a permanent position.

π₯ The Role
As part of a dedicated and caring team, youβll:
- Support daily routines: cooking, dressing, and household tasks
- Promote independence, confidence and personal growth
- Join in with hobbies and outings
- Administer medication (as needed)
- Write and maintain care plans
- Ensure safeguarding and protect individual rights
Applicants should be willing to drive a company vehicle to support outings and appointments.
About You- π§βοΈ BSL trained (Level 1, 2 or 3) β essential
- π€ Experience with autism and/or challenging behaviours β advantageous
- π¬ Great communication skills β verbal and non-verbal
- π‘ Calm, reliable, and adaptable
- π Friendly, upbeat and a team player
- π A driver is preferred due to the nature of support needs
