Are you trained in British Sign Language (BSL Levels 1, 2 or 3)? Do you have a good understanding of autism? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Margate, supporting a male individual with autism in his own home. This is a full-time role with long day shifts and sleep-ins. A driving licence is preferred, as you’ll need to support community access and outings.

- Assist with medication and care plans
- Encourage social interaction and support hobbies

- Safeguard and protect individual rights
- BSL trained (Level 1, 2 or 3) – essential
- Knowledge of autism and experience with challenging behaviour – desirable
- Empathetic, reliable, and calm under pressure
