Head Chef - London

We are looking for an energetic and organised individual with a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Head Chef.

As a Head Chef you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring the highest possible quality of produce and service
• Provide advice, direction and leadership to all chefs so they understand the Company's ethos, objectives and practice good stewardship
• Assist the Executive Chef on creating new recipes and writing menus
• Manage stock take, food waste, payroll, training
• Assist the Executive Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areas

Successful Head Chef have:

• Excellent organisation skills
• Previous experience as a Head Chef within a 4* or 5* hotel
• An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
