Our client, an interior fitout contractor based in Woking, are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team and add to their wealth of experience on a full-time basis. They work on a range of projects across the residential, commercial and education sectors, values ranging from £150k up to £2.5 million. With £7 million turnover annually, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business who are keen on offering progression from within.
A successful candidate will have proven experience as a Project Manager/Contracts Manager working in residential/commercial fitouts.
Contracts Position Salary & Benefits- £50k - 75k DOE (Guide only - open to discussion)

- Projects: Residential, Commercial & Education fit-outs
- Overseeing delivery of a range of projects with values from across the Commercial, Residential and Education Sectors
- Operating from both Woking office and on-site
- Responsible for multiple site managers across the projects
- Managing project timelines and programmes from inception to completion
- Prior experience as a PM working in fitout
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
- Full driving license
- Based within commuting distance of Woking.
- Good tenure & seeking a permanent position
