Full-time: £40,000 - £45,000 per yearBenefits: Annual bonus, 25 days holiday, car fuel allowance, pension
Reporting to: Contracts/Project Manager
Duties:
Assist the Contracts and Project Manager, with a view to future progression.Help manage £2 million project packages, organize schedules, and coordinate labour and materials.
Communicate effectively with site operatives and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations e.g., CDM, HSE guidelines.
Maintain quality standards and complete QA documentation.
Assist in planning work schedules, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
Adapt to changes and swiftly address challenges like weather disruptions.
Qualifications Required:
Background in Slating, Tiling, Lead Roofing, or Rainscreen Cladding.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of health & safety regulations and construction methods.
Competent in Excel; training provided for other systems.
