Apprentice Engineer

You will work closely with experienced professionals, develop industry-relevant skills, and contribute to the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation of machinery and equipment, ensuring it is set up, running smoothly, and meets quality standards.
• Work with the team to Produce, inspect, and package products in accordance with safety and quality procedures.
• Learn to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery and production lines under supervision.
• Follow health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet health and safety standards.
• Learn about product specifications and the importance of precision in manufacturing processes.
• Participate in training sessions to gain technical knowledge and understanding of industry practices.
• Support the team in achieving production targets and meeting deadlines.
• Work with colleagues to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production output and assist in quality control checks to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.

• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) are desirable.
