Job Title: Member Engagement and Development Administrator (FTC – 6 months)
Salary: £22,000 pa

Hours per week: 35

The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.

About the role

We are looking for an Administrator to work within our Member, Engagement and Development Team.

This role plays a pivotal part in the Chartered membership interview process by actively engaging with panel members and organising and booking interviews to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all members involved. You will also oversee the allocation of volunteers and contractors within the new assessment structure, managing the processing of assessors’ purchase orders and invoices to maintain operational efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting members with their assessment registrations and providing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) auditing reports when necessary.
  • Coordinating the booking of workshops.
  • Generating monthly reports on CPD and the Professional Journey Programme (PJP) to track progress and outcomes.
  • Supporting the team with the processing of group membership applications.

What you'll bring

We’re looking for an efficient, detail-orientated individual to join our team. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. To succeed, you will have exceptional organisational skills, great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a confident communicator, able to articulate in a clear and professional manner to provide a comprehensive administrative service. You will be required to work across multiple teams therefore you will be confident in managing your own workload with minimal supervision to meet requirements.

  • Understanding of business processes and operational efficiency
  • Good communication and relationship management skills, both orally and in writing
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of time management and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivation as a team player with the ability to work on own initiative
