- Provide technical support to HR and other internal teams
- Identify system improvements and implement changes as necessary
- Ensure user experience is at the forefront of system design
- Deliver training on system usage to stakeholders
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
- Comply with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the IT department to resolve technical issues
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Systems Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in managing HR systems
- Strong technical skills and IT proficiency
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the leisure, travel & tourism industry
- A competitive salary range of £35000 - £38000 per annum
